"The location of this property is perfect. It’s in the main plaza and not to far from the water. 12 minute walk to the ferry & train station. However, they have limited office hours which complicates things if you are getting in pretty late. Grabbing the keys from their office and walking another 12 mins to the actual property was pretty inconvenient (especially if you have luggages). The actual property is really nice and small, good for couples. "

"Our room had a beautiful lake view. The location was perfectly in the middle of town and walkable to everything. It was clean and the staff was attentive when called. The microwave and tea kettle and some lighting didn’t work. They sent a person to fix the microwave in a few hours. One bathroom upstairs that was tiny for 4 people using it."

"The place was clearly not cleaned when we visited. There were big dust bunnies on the floor next to the bed, cobwebs and dead bugs in corners. The floor was dirty, not wiped and I don't know what else wasn't clean. The tea kettle had residue in it and there were spiders in the shower and other areas. The only reason this place isn't 1 star is because of the location and the views of lake Como."

" how to start, to find your room it was like a scavenger hunt. They did provide very detailed instructions, it turned out as a mission to find it at 11 pm at night. The hotel is actually an apartment. There was a very strong cleaning product smell and also very damp. Wifi did not work. It got connect but nothing would load. As we arrived, we encountered 2 spiders jn the room. We did not have a car, so it is a good 25 min walk to the center. I have to give credit to Diego to who I just spoke...
