"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone was kind and helpful. I appreciated the water in the lobby, the restaurant had a delicious brunch menu, and the service was impeccable. The margaritas were absolutely delicious that were offered during the happy hour… And one employee was so kind to give us a margarita, even though we left our token in the room. Everything was clean, and the room service did a fantastic job. We will definitely visit here again. "

"The property is very nice, the room was spacious and luxurious. The shower was one of the largest we’ve come across in a hotel. My only complaint, while not specific to Hotel ZaZa was the price gouging since there was an event in Austin and hotel space was limited."

"I like this area better than downtown Austin if you are over 40 and not into college type bars. Cleaner and more upscale. Better to visit downtown with 20 min uber ride per day to go to parks, hiking and hanging out at the different places "

"Wish that the restaurant The Carillion stayed open later. Our show ran long and missed last seating 11 pm would be great instead of 10. Also the elevators smelled funky near the pool fitness tower where we stayed. Also wished there was MORE light in the rooms! It was so dim. The staff was very positive and friendly."
