"The staff were outstanding and very helpful. Downside the bathroom in our room was very dated, and could do with some work. Would definitely go back!"

"I did not like the condition that in the morning they don’t clean the room, it was my wedding day and I needed the room cleaned for pictures. After a lot of talking they send someone (staff) to clean that made us very clear that she was not happy to do it!! Second they have iron for clothes in the rooms. Anything you have to pay to ironed! I like the hotel but they have to improve and be more friendly with guests"

"Hotel manager was very helpful. We had to change our reservations due to contacting Covid and it was not great with Hotels.com talking to the hotel, but our local associates managed to change the reservations without penalty and then we had our returning flight cancelled, so needed to add another day. Management was helpful."
