"The escape is a perfect honeymoon destination! The staff are kind, the people beautiful and easy going, soft spoken. There is a luxurious unique feel. It is not like most resorts with parties every night, or so big you get lost. So if that’s is what you are looking for, this is not the place for you. There is only restaurant. The menu does change every day, but there are limited options. I’d give the food about a 7-8 out of 10. There is a Pool with pool side bites from 3-5 if you get hungry...

"The Verandah is a beautiful resort! I should mention that it is very hilly so it has golf cart porters who can pick you up & drop you wherever you like on the resort but be prepared to wait. We visited during off season so the resort was not super busy & there were several occasions in which we waited over 39 mins & had to call for the porter several times. "The property was absolutely gorgeous and the staff are so friendly and fun. The only change I would suggest is to have more staff available at the pool area for bar service.
