"The staff sure did shine when it came to service and much needed assistance regarding air flight tickets and airport transportation. The room was spacious with a couch and table and other amenities, plus small patio. It was also clean, and stocked daily. The breakfast was preordered the day before, but serving was more than enough. The pool was clean, refreshing and overlooked ocean. It was located very close to Christ the King Pilgrimage and restaurants, so walkable. I would not hesitate...

"We had a great experience when we first stayed here 6-7 years ago therefore we had book the stay again. We felt the experience was not that same and the hotel is a little run down and did not maintain its original appearance. The carpet needs to be replaced and the room not prestine like it is used to. Overall the customer service is superb but the appearance of the hotel is now mediocre compared to other hotels. Not sure if I want to come back again the next time I come in town. "

The picture is different from reality, very old and moldy, the refrigerator & bathroom are full of black mold, the changing cabinet is broken and no one can fix it. At 8:00 a.m. when I went down to the breakfast room, there was nothing to eat because they didn't refill anything, only soup, fruit, and a few cold dishes were left.
