"The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. On top of it all, the hotel manager and assistant manager were... let’s just go with “less than pleasant.” I’m stopping here because I could go on and on about things that were overly misrepresented on this particular outfit. "The food was great - wide selection and tasty/flavorful. The room was clean, shower and mattress included. Staff ensured fridge was stocked, liquor in room was such a great addition and made the stay even better. The staff was attentive and friendly. The least liked items were the couch had stains, no shuttle service to and from airport, limited availability for in house restaurants, and there is limited options for room service. But it really overall was a great stay. "
