"If you are looking for a true beach front experience it does not get better than this! I loved my stay here. I read the reviews saw people’s complaints but did not find any of those things to be true. I loved the security checking us in and out at the gate. "They gave us the wrong bangalô. Unfinished, half painted. Lots of wires around property, no hot water. I was back and forth with the concierge and nothing got done until i told her I was going to contact management. "Julio Cesar was one of the kindest and nicest person I have ever met in my life. Him and his wife made our trip amazing. The only thing is that there was no hot water at all in our room and we tried several times to try and take a shower but the water never got even warm. "
