"Extortion and fraud. Extremely dirty and refused to provide towels what so ever. "

"The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "

"The beach villa was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The view was directly on the beach and the lovely gardens leading to it. The service was a little slower than in the tower. Love the Fiur Seasons! My hotel of choice!"
