"The property is located directly beside a beautiful park. Sadly, it was closed for visitors due to some event/cincert which went long into the night. We did enjoy it though as our room faced the park. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to wal to a restaurant for a great tapas dinner. Definitely loved the vibe of this town, very quiet and safe. Would love to go back to enjoy the park and other spa facilities as we only spent a night there. "This facility is not for anyone with disabilities. There are a lot of steps and no elevator or ramps. Rooms are very clean and modern. They are small by U.S. standards. I think that is part of the ambiance of staying in a hotel built in the 1860s"

"This is a great hotel. I have been coming to this hotel for many years. It is in the process of a renovation. Fantastic location and everything is accessible by foot. 15 minutes to the Bahnhof. Breakfast is one of the best I have had. I will always stay here when I visit Bad Reichenhall. The staff is courteous and friendly. "
