"I usually don’t do reviews but I have to give feedback for others if they plan to stay at Alezboo hotel. The customer service is ok but checking was not a good experience. I booked a room for family of 3 which is with an infant under 1 year old. I asked for a crib, they said they don’t have and it’s broken. But they gave us 2 twin beds when iBook a room for king bed. "The hotel rooms are very nice, large and spacious, ever room has a nice balcony and the property has beutiful tropical plants and flowers every where. Swing pool is small but nice.
