The staff spoke English and were extremely helpful in arranging our transfers to the airport, and with any other assistance we required. "The staff was extremely attentive and beyond excellent. Unfortunately, our villa tucked in the back needed a little more love. The rooms smelled like mold; this is understandable for it being an old building. The lampshades and curtains were stained and dirty. This was disappointing in a five star hotel.
