"It is difficult to give this hotel just 4 stars when it's staff are all so polite, helpful, smiling, and friendly. The hotel is great value and well located. We had a huge room but - and this is why it isn't a 5 star review - there's space that could be better used and a renovation is probably needed soon. "Spent only 1 night here at the end of our vacation but wish we would have found it sooner. We had a suite on the ground floor which was right at the pool. It was fantastic. Pool area is small and doesnt get much sun but it was still nice to have a dip to cool off. Room was very dark but comfortable and clean. Location was close to everything. "
