"The hotel breakfast was wonderful and asthetic was nice. The room was very clean, however the ceiling tiles made a very loud banging sound everytime we opened the door to the toilet, which was a little startling."

It wasn’t perfect, for a very expensive hotel there were issues, the hot water isn’t nearly hot enough, we had a cushion with a tear, we were promised a daily gift but these didn’t all arrive. "Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I thought they were very helpful and went the extra mile to give me a phone charger and provide recommendations. Location is perfect close to two grocery stores, restaursnts etc. Its also only 10 min from train station 5 mon from the lake. Room was nice clean with excellent shower/bathtub combo and good water pressure/temperature. Probably the best ive ever had at a hotel. "
