"The staff was outstanding, kind and helpful. Beautiful facility. Charming dining room. Great breakfast. Only suggest an extension plug from the outlet under the center of the headboard to one or both sides of the bed to charge a phone next to the bed. "

"We stayed here on our way to Basel for New Years and it was a quaint little hotel near a skiing hotspot. The fog in the area was quite thick so we unfortunately couldn’t take in the beauty of the area. The breakfast was rather limited compared to other places we stayed and parking was across the street in a shopping plaza lot but close enough not to be inconvenient. There were only a couple of restaurants that were open nearby and most people were in town for the skiing. Sad we couldn’t take one...

"The hotel was great, the lake view beautiful, friendly staff, nice included breakfast. Dog friendly (we had our two fur babies with us). The only complaint was that being a vegan there were no vegan options on the menu. They did try to accommodate me with a pasta dish but it wasn’t good at all though I appreciated the effort. The restaurant and drink prices are quite high but Switzerland is expensive. You need a car for that location. All in all a nice stay. "
