"Parking was easy and hotel was a bit empty which was perfect to enjoy the heated swimming pool. People were kind. Restaurant was good and romantic but a little bit expensive. The view of the room was also very nice. It was a bit difficult to reach the hotel by car with the roads but entirely feasible."

"Great hotel and exceptional staff who could not do enough for us. 15 mins easy walk from the Lake itself and main attractions, shops, ferry port, bus station etc. Como is a terrific hub to get around the lake and beyond. Our twin room was spacious with lots of amenities though area above desk could do with better lighting. Poor hairdryer but we had our own. Whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Great pool area too. Reception, Dining Room Staff and the barman up on the rooftop pool were so lovely...

"Het is een beetje over de top chique. Medewerkers in zwart pak, jazz muziek op de achtergrond. Dus heel chique bedoeld allemaal, maar op weg naar de kamer lopen we langs een uitdragerij van schoonmaakmiddelen, oud meubilair en een kapster van de inpandige salon die een sigaret zit te roken. En vanaf het buiterras kijk je naar het zwembad welke eigenlijk op de parkeerplaats staat en je dus ook naar geparkeerde auto's zit te kijken.
