"The property was lovely and we had a stunning view of the garden and lake from our balcony. The main patio off reception is gorgeous with seating areas and a fire - which was a bonus as it was chilly. The property is right on the promenade that takes you to the main strip. It's about a 10 minute walk along the promenade but the walk is beautiful next to the lake. "

"I travelled here with my wife and my two children (3&5). We arrived a bit late in the day, and hadn't had lunch. Once we had mentioned we were hungry, the hotel staff phoned up the local pizza restaurant and sorted us out. The staff were simply amazing. The room was fantastic, with stunning views of the mountains. We had a family room, which the kids had their own little level which they loved. "We wanted a therme hotel where you can swim thru from inside to outside due to construction at hotel it was not possible. We only used it twice the entire week we stayed there. Would not recommend hotel while under construction."
