"This is a beautiful hotel. It's stunning from a distance and up close. You can see it from the road; it's an impressive manor. The staff were very polite and helpful, and spoke good English. "The room was massive and comfortable, clearly all recently decorated. The staff were friendly. However, the shower was terrible. There was no curtain or cubicle, just a hose from the bath taps. The shower head was mouldy and brittle and the water ran brown for several minutes upon first use. Breakfast wasn’t great. I would stay there again though, as it was good location and otherwise nice, just check the shower as soon as you get to the room."

"Amazing 5 Star hotel outside of Prague! Customer service was top notch. The morning continental breakfast was excellent. The history of the renovation of this chateau is very interesting. It is exquisitely redone from layout to furnishings. Mcely is a town of about 200 people so there is nothing to do outside of the Chateau besides take a walk.
