"Absolutely amazing. Dead-center of everything you'll want to see and do in Valparaiso. If you can, get a room with the terrace view, which provides direct access to the stairs to the roof and its stunning 360 degree views. The couple that runs this place are just lovely and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Our only complaint was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. A lot of the restaurants in the area served huge portions, and we had nowhere to put the leftovers."

"Very close to wonderful eatery's, great for setting up tours and transportation for us. Would stay there again. Loved the ambiance and rooftop bar. Remember to bring a washcloth lol, most places don't provide them anymore. Felt like home away from home."

"I was turned away after came in from the airport at 2am. I was told I need to come back at 11am. I was charged the entire stay regardless. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone "
