"Nice hotel, but is allowed to smoke everywhere 😥"

"The hotel seems to be a bit old (was told over 20 years) but the staff were very friendly and helpful when we complained about the odor in the rooms. The hotel manager Brenda was very nice. She apologized and showed us other rooms that are clean and fresh. We switched to the new rooms and was happy about it. The staff in the restaurant, front desk , concierge were also very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied and pleased during the stay. "

The breakfast has a nice mix of western and Chinese foods. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a short walk to a ferry to cross the river. "Booked 4 upgraded rooms with the family. Staff are under trained. Definitely catered to Chinese speaking guests only and not foreign friendly. Upon arrival, (it was 6pm) they gave us a room barely ready with the windows open. Immediately after entering, our nose were filled with such harsh chemicals. Unbearable. "
