"Checking in was easy property outdoors are clean. Room was clean also.. pool was clean and easy access. Need to pay attention to the pillows and sheets. I would like to think that the pillow cases were washed together with something cotton as there was some residue of white stuff. For the rest it was clean. I Would stay there again. "

"Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. "Had an awesome stay. The staff was excellent. I couldn’t catch the ferry at the time I wanted to (6am) so I had to make multiple trips to the ferry terminal and office to sort my tickets out. The staff offered to take me (free of charge) and each time they waited for me. They told me I didn’t have to check out so early so they gave me access to the room again. When it was time to check out at noon, they told me I could stay in the lobby since the ferry didn’t depart until 5pm. I was so...
