"This is a really lovely, comfortable hotel in great location. Beautifil decor, great views. Staff are very attentive and welcoming. Greeted with a welcome drink and an upgraded room with a hot tub. Nice spa very relaxing. Food in the mizumi restaurant was delicious with lovely surroundings and great service. We would definately return, a fabulous experience. "

"Really good location for exploring Keswick and the area. Close to town centre, rooms clean and fairly spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food really good quality and with some vegetarian options. Drinks from the bar not too expensive. The only downside is some of the hotel looks somewhat "tired" and could do with upgrading. All in all, a really nice place to have a break."

"The location was very good & the hotel provided a parking permit for the pay & display car park across the street. Room was small which was fine but the en suite bathroom is not even a little bit sound proof so doesn't leave much to the imagination! The water pressure for the shower wasn't great & the water stopped intermittently whilst in the shower. Breakfast was nice but limited to full English, salmon & scrambled eggs or pancakes with maple syrup. "
