The Sandals resort was nice, but three critical things to keep in mind- they do not have natural beachfront, a small man made inlet; the resort is hell and gone from Williamstead, $100+ Uber ride, and they do have a Uber like service on the island; aside from the large infinity pool or your own private pools, if you roll for the $1,500-2,500 per night villas, there really isn’t that much to do. "It was luxury at and serenity at its most. We were upgraded to a private pool villa and could not have had a better experience. The resort is small and so peaceful. "

"A slightly dated resort compared to its neighbors but fitting of a lower price. We got the suite and it was extremely spacious with our own private balcony. The apartment was updated except for the bathrooms. The private beach and coral reef are unbeatable, but dining options are limited. The resort is very walkable to the public beach with many dining and drinking options. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful! "

We rented an efficiency in the VIP adults only section to have some peace and quiet and a kid free pool. We were thrilled with our room and our view from our small and very private patio overlooking the water. "Overall a fantastic stay (the roof with pool is amazing) and the location is perfect. Our only issue was that we rented a car and were told there was plenty of parking available. The free parking lot in front is the parking lot that is available to everyone in town so finding a spot was very difficult. Be prepared to pay for hourly parking in the garage next door. "

"The property has two pools and one was rarely used by anyone. If you like privacy this is the pool for you. The other one is prettier and more crowded, with a bar and restaurant right there. The hotel is in an area where there isn’t much to do or see but, walk 5-10 minutes and you get to a nice, touristy area where you can find lots of options for dining and shopping. Overall a good option to stay in Curazao"
