"Stayed here for 3 days. Staff very friendly and attentive. Rooms were spotless and beds comfortable with great pillows. The food choice is huge and absolutely delicious. My brother and I loved this hotel. We were trying to work out why it isn't 5 stars. There's even a bus stop opposite the hotel and another a few 100 meters up the road. The only negative was around allergen listings on food. I have an allergy to soya. I was told that the bread didn't contain soya but when I persuaded the chef...

"Staff were fantastic and really enjoyed staying here. Was recovering after surgery at the German Medical Institute and the Junior Suite with the amazing sea view and wonderful hotel staff really aided my recovery. Particularly great location to stay if you have a car when you want to go into town or there is a bus stop right in front that goes in a direct line with multiple stops to the port and castle area. Hope to return soon."

"The hotel is in a great location in a rocky bay which you can swim in. The hotel itself is pleasant, although the style of the room we had was somewhat dated, although clean and well serviced everyday. We had complained about the location of our room and were offered an alternative which we declined as we didn’t feel it was better……but the offer was appreciated. The staff were, almost without exception, very pleasant and helpful, in every area of the resort….."

"We had a wonderful time at the Asimina, this has got to be one of the nicest 5-start hotels I have stayed, and I have stayed in my fair share. This hotel is well run with spacious rooms. The views are stunning as the hotel sits on a lovely beach facing the sea and is exceptionally clean. hard-working waiters and staff in the dining room. An excellent selection at breakfast and if you choose evening buffet an overwhelming variety of choice and excellent quality food. Looking forward to...

"The hotel has beautiful grounds and pools. Rooms feel a little outdated. Shower in the bath with a small shower screen which meant floor was soaked. If you drive there, there are not any obvious signs when you get to the hotel. It's not hard to miss but you do wonder as you drive in, whether you're in the right place or not. Staff were great and super friendly. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Room service wasn't that good. Beautiful setting and grounds. My son liked the kids club as well."
