"Having booked our parking through Just Park, we received excellent directions to the limited spaces at the rear of the hotel. (The satnav wanted to send us elsewhere!) We were welcomed, offered assistance with our baggage and directed to our room. We had selected a Superior Room as we were celebrating an anniversary and found ourselves (after a long and winding walk along a corridor whose floor was a little uneven in places - showing the history of the building) in a suite! "Despite arriving late in the evening, I was made to feel welcome. The room was freshly redecorated, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely too. Staff all very friendly. I was told by the taxi driver how amazing the food is, but didn't get a chance to stay for dinner, maybe next time!"

"Upon arrival the room wasn’t made up for five ppl, the sofa bed had no sheets and bedding. With a quick visit to reception it was soon sorted out. The towels in the room could have been bigger, as this was a gold sea view room it was suggested that the towels were bath sheets. They most definitely weren’t. The shower could have been a bit cleaner and the tea and coffee wasn’t stocked up. But over all it was a pleasant comfortable stay."
