"Fantastic hotel, however, I have never been to a 5 star hotel that charge extra for breakfast items ( Omelet, fried eggs, filter coffee). The hotel is really nice and a great location, but the penny pinching leaves you in doubt. "

"This is a lovely hotel in the middle of Thessaloniki with easy walking to all the central area. The staff are lovely and helpful - overall great stay. Two small notes - firstly the rooms are small - we deliberately booked a Junior Suite, but it was not that big with a tiny bathroom, due to the building design. Secondly, some service was variable, such as at breakfast, when some items we unavailable, or needed refreshing - but minor points"
