"Administration is poor assistance some inconvenience about check inn stuff is so poor no professionalism and disorganized make people wait too much more than 45 minutes to an hour to get ready the habitations for customers ! Customer service so poor ‘ and and considerations for seniors rooms is not comfortable was a nightmare for me to be waiting ! I were so tired my wife flu a night before without sleeping also was a terrible day to be waiting for our rooms was a really bad service ,"
