"Excellent resort with beautiful views, staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that on a couple of occasions we had to wait for the buggy between 20 - 30 minutes. They do state that the maximum wait time is 20 minutes, I feel this should be no more than 10 minutes maximum, it is quite a walk from the villa to the main part of the hotel. "

"Our stay was more than disappointing and fully confirms the other negative reviews on this and other platforms. Unfortunately other properties were fully booked at time of booking and as we were only staying for the night, we figured this could be a great value for money place. How wrong we were! As our driver dropped us in front of the hotel, I thought he must have made a mistake. The hotel facade does not look anything like the pictures and is covered in what looks to be a construction...

"The view was great, as expected. The staff were helpful. But there was no TV in the room. There was not even a chair in the room. The AC was erratic. The hotel doesn't offer alcohol or real coffee. All in all I thought it was over-priced for what was on offer."

"Avoid like plague. Worst hotel ever. Rats in the rooms, exceptionally rude manager and rickety cable car to get to the property."
