"This property is exactly what you expect of a luxury resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our pool side room was boarded by tropical plants which made it very private so you could use the outside soaking tub. The seating area outside was large and comfortable. Our room was large and comfortable with coffee, tea, and water. A small fridge made sure the water stayed cold. The bars and restaurants had good food, good service entertainment every night. Don’t miss the cocktails at sunset...

"We enjoyed our time at Gateway with one exception. The dining room and bar drinks "service" was barely existent. The dining room staff were fine, but severely let down by the bar staff. On more than one occasion we ordered drinks, reminded the dining staff after some time and reminded them again some time later.
