"The staff were friendly and nice. The hotel location is convenient for someone travelling by foot. Very walkable city from the hotel’s location. The building is cool on the outside. Very nicely restored. But it seems like most of the renovations funds were spent on the lobby and having an elevator. The rooms are rather dated. They also smell old, like the building is from 1800s. "A great stay of 5 nights with family at the heart of Brussels. Very clean rooms, bathrooms and corridors. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hot water was free from coffee machines which was needed for our daughter. The bathroom light's censor was little annoying as it turns off every 5 seconds, so you will have to keep shaking your body or waving at the censor to keep the light on. But thats just a small part which you can ignore. Very happy with the stay and experience. Thats a great budget...
