"Friendly and courteous staff"

"Great place to stay! We had one issue with a broken microwave that we discovered the morning after our first night, and the staff was very apologetic and quickly moved us to a different room. My only other minor complaint was the shower head could have been a bit more powerful to be able to rinse off faster! Other than that, we had a nice stay. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. We would definitely stay there again!"

"The staff are absolutely amazing! Bery helpful and friendly. The spa is fabulous, so relaxing and the staff were perfect. Our only complaints are, washer and dryer are very noisy and don't dry very well ( not a huge deal) , the ac had issues but they fixed right away, and lastly there was a plumbing issue. Water was coming through the bathroom light in the middle of the night but maintenance fixed it right away. Would totally stay here again."

"I am really torn about leaving a review. I absolutely loved this hotel. Great bang for the buck. Excellent price. So clean! But I am afraid if everyone realized how great it is for the price the price will go up. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had hot and cold selections with a machine that made you 2 fresh pancakes. "

"I WAITED AT THE AIRPORT 2 HRS, MY FLIGHT LANDED AT 9:23, I GOT TO THE HOTEL AFTER 12:00. I CALLED THE HOTEL AND THE MAN AND THE WOMEN ON THE DESK AT THAT TIME WAS VERY RUDE TO ME. I SAT IN THE LOBBY UNTIL AFTER 3, THE LADY KEPT SAYING, ROOM WAS NOT READY. THE WHITE COUPLE CAME IN AND GOT A ROOM. THE NEXT LADY CAME ON DUTY, I WENT TO HER AND SHE GOT ALL OF THE PEOPLE OF COLOR, WAITING THEIR ROOM. I HAVE TRAVELED THE WORLD, NEVER EXPERIENCD THIS TREATMENT. SORRY!"

"We had a great stay. It was very easy to access Disney springs from the hotel and the transportation to the parks was easy to use. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to watch the fireworks at Epcot every night from our window which was amazing. We had a great time and would stay again!"
