"While the hotel has a great location and lovely breakfast, the check-in experience unfortunately left room for much improvement. Me and my partner were met by a young man in the reception with a bad attitude. I asked when arriving if they had better rooms available and he said yes, I then asked to be upgraded as this is part of the hotel program I'm part of, and free upgrades when larger rooms are available are one of the perks. "the facility isn't new, and the hitel need a refreshing. we expected more for money we paid. SPA was full booked, and even if not, it is only 30 min slotts, nit enough to change the close. the only positive with yhis hotel is the location."

"Staff were exceptional throughout but particularly at Reception. A credit to the hotel and to Sweden. It's a nice hotel in good location and the breakfast is a superb. The common areas are really nice and relaxing. The downside is that the pool is part of the Spa and can not be used by "ordinary" guests. If you don't want the full Spa treatment you can't take a dip. The Classic Double that I stayed in had a large window into a closed courtyard facing other rooms with similarly large windows....
