"We liked the pools and the rocking chairs. We didn't like having to wait 3 and a half hours to get our room. Our flight arrived early and we arrived at the hotel at 11:00 am. Check-in time was 3:00 pm. We knew there would be a waiting time for our room, and were told they would call us when our room was ready. They did not call. At 2:30 we went to the front desk saw other people just walking up and being assigned rooms. We asked about ours and surprise! it was suddenly ready. We waiting 3...
