"Second stay at this hotel. It was clean and relatively quiet, though I heard much more street noise this time from my room on the ground floor. (I had been on the second floor last time I stayed here). I would have loved to request help with my heavy luggage, but I wasn't able to contact the front desk. it wasn't clear to me whether my room phone was out of order or there was simply no one around to answer the front desk phone.
