"This Ryokan does not do food of any kind. Inaccurate description on expedia. It is close to everything in the area.. Yukatas provided are quite small. Onsen is small but adequate. Bit wear and tear but expected for old building. Staff where polite and helpful. "

"Overall, only stayed here for a night and actually booked it thinking it was a ryokan, but it was just a hotel. Got a half board and the dinner was pretty great, honestly on tier if not as tasty as my ryokan half board from the night before. Breakfast the next day was kind of a miss, but dinner was solid and the private onsen was a nice and relaxing experience, especially since the water is from the local hot springs! "Overall very good to stay, but just one disappointed was a reception guy when we checked in. He firstly insisting that the hotel would not provide a linen(towel, tooth brush, etc.) and breakfast services for my son under their hotel policy. Sounds too much protective stance, and made us very unhappy. He should be re-educated."
