"This Ryokan does not do food of any kind. Inaccurate description on expedia. It is close to everything in the area.. Yukatas provided are quite small. Onsen is small but adequate. Bit wear and tear but expected for old building. Staff where polite and helpful. "

"The world best hotel(Ryokan) in the world!! To me this place is special!! I do not want this place will more famous than now cause I need to reserve XD. Also this place have everything! "Overall very good to stay, but just one disappointed was a reception guy when we checked in. He firstly insisting that the hotel would not provide a linen(towel, tooth brush, etc.) and breakfast services for my son under their hotel policy. Sounds too much protective stance, and made us very unhappy. He should be re-educated."
