"The property was in the perfect location and was very clean. My only complaints was the bed was very stiff and the room was very hot and we could not get it to cool down at all, even with the thermostat to off it was 77 degrees in the room."

"My only complaint would be the housekeeping lady kept knocking on my door every hour, starting at 7:57 am, 8:40-ish, and 10am. It made me think I stayed way past my checkout, so I woke up, packed, rushed to the front desk only to find out checkout was at noon. Frustrating because she kept disturbing my sleep and made me rush out of there. "
