"Had such a great weekend in Chicago - and really enjoyed our stay at the Pendry. It was the perfect location to be able to walk everywhere! The rooms were new, clean, and the beds were very comfy. The shower pressure was perfect (which is a small detail but made all the difference) The entire staff was very accommodating. The concierge even helped us get a reservation on a busy Saturday night in the city! Will be back!"

"The property was in the perfect location and was very clean. My only complaints was the bed was very stiff and the room was very hot and we could not get it to cool down at all, even with the thermostat to off it was 77 degrees in the room."

"After viewing many different hotels in downtown Chicago, we decided on Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile. The front desk staff were nice and welcoming - and were able to answer any questions we had. We LOVED our room. The layout reminded us of an apartment. The hotel was also very quiet, which could be because we went in the middle of the week in winter, but besides the point, it was lovely. The only issue we encountered was we didn’t have hot water at night to take a shower, but we did in the...

"Nice place"

"Ruby holds it down at the front desk! I love this hotel for price, quality and conscience. I’ve stayed in the past and my room is usually spotless. This past visit I think they forgot to clean the shower floor and bathroom floor. There was hair and glitter. River North for you.. but I didn’t say anything because I checked in late and I was leaving in the morning. If I was staying longer I would have had it cleaned or switch rooms."
