"It’s beginning to look a bit dated. Other than that it’s a typical Hyatt! Excellent staff and service. Big props to housekeeping staff (especially Rahul) for prompt response every time we needed extra bottles of water. Morning breakfast (gluten free menu) was also great. Hotel was very good in arranging prompt transportation every time we needed to go out. Loved the Diwali decor and festivities. Very close to a large mall where I could easily get my daily 10K steps!! "

"The Metropolitan Hotel was a great oasis for our trip to Delhi. Every need was accommodated. The breakfast was a lovely large buffet with many Indian and western choices. The room was very comfortable. I would stay again."

"Very modern, updated facility. The open shower was a bit difficult for us because there seemed to be nothing to contain the water except for a small raised lip at the end of a bathtub. The open shower is most likely meant to accommodate a wheelchair user."
