"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Pros were the excellent and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was hot, varied and delicious. The distance to St Helier is walkable which gives a great choice of restaurants for the evening meal. Indoor heated pool and jacuzzi - which was actually hot. Cons were simply the heat - we were there in the last week of July when there was a heatwave, which was lovely by day - but by night too much as there’s no air conditioning in the rooms or indeed elsewhere in the hotel. "The on-site facilities were really good. I’m glad because it’s the reason why we booked this hotel! The room was better than I expected However showing signs of age with poor water pressure in the shower. The beds were really comfortable although the pillows were really heavy and quite hard. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier, The meal portions are massive in fact too much! really loved the American diner, Probably the best meal we had in jersey. The entertainment was great. " Superb stay at L'Horizon. Location is on the seafront facing a wide expanse of sandy beach. Staff are extremely friendly polite and helpful. Food is lovely and fresh (breakfasts). Spa clean and modern pool and sauna/steam rooms. Rooms well appointed and clean,daily delivery of (free) fresh milk and bottled water appreciated."
