"The Fujiya is an impressive and beautiful historic hotel. We stayed with our 5 month old baby in the Forest wing. The room itself was spacious and the decor in keeping with the Classical design of the hotel. I particularly enjoyed the onsen and the western breakfast (best breakfast of our trip). Would thoroughly recommend a stay here due to its history and grandeur!"

"Locate in the city center and walk to station in 5 min. The carpet in the hallway need to be cleaned or changed. It looks old and stained. The room is spacious. There is a small scratch in the sink. Some food esp. fruits will not be available if you arrive late that 9:30."

"Rad hotel, but since I booked so late, room was mehhh by Japan standards especially at the price point. Outlets for phone charger was kinda awkward, it wasn’t the best layout (like the APA in Osaka) but it IS convenient as heck for the Mooneyes car show next door at Pacifico Yokohama. Next tine I’ll book way earlier!! "

"Nice quiet hotel in a great location near the port. There is an entrance to the local subway line right in front of the hotel, so it is very convenient for transportation. It is also within close walking distance to all the waterfront parks and several shopping areas. All the staff were very kind and friendly, and everything was very clean. I would definitely stay here again."

"Such a nice place to relax and take a moment to enjoy where you are. Food was amazing and staff made you feel at home. Was one of my favourite places to stay. Bed was a little too hard for my partner but good for me. You wear your traditional Japanese pajamas throughout the hotel which added to feeling relaxed. I would recommend private onsen, I used it so much and so glad we opted for it."

"Room was clean and good size. Looks like recently renovated. Very limited meal options and rather expensive for what were offered, for both breakfast and dinner. Not buffet style. Can't be having the same English breakfast and French dinner everyday. Restaurants closes relatively early in Gora. Public transportation not very convenient. Need your own car to move around. Walking to Gora station is an option, but the terrain is hilly. Hotel shuttle service starts from 9am and ends at 6pm....
