"We stayed in the kings suite. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Even though we had some minor issues with the room phone system and the music from upstairs, they took care of it right away. The hospitality was incredible. "

"There was no WiFi available in my room but was it was available in the restaurant. I'm questioning why there was an ashtray in my 'non-smoking' room. Human hair in the bedding when I checked in and faulty plumbing that leaked water over the bathroom floor. Overall the hotel needs upgrading."
