"The property and WOTIF falsely advertise the property. There was no roof top restaurant, bar or room service. I was given a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen had no crockery, cutlery or cleaning equipment and the sink and tap area were not clean. The bathroom had towels that were old, stained, thin, small and of poor quality. There was no soap provided in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were adequate but again, there sheeting and covers were stained and main bed was very hard. There was no air...

"Was lovely to stay at this property. It was quiet and safe and they always cleaned the room when requested. However, the bathrooms could do with a deep clean to get rid of scum on taps. The wooden beds although comfortable and large king sizes, were so noisy, every movement or rollover/turn the whole bed squeaked.
