"Our family's stay at this hotel was very special. To begin with, I would say that the lady who served us was very kind and professional, always willing to resolve any concerns. The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need. The area is fantastic; everything is close by, and there's a train station next to the hotel. Another wonderful thing is that the Coliseum and other attractions are a 15- to 20-minute walk away. "A wonderful stay for a family of 4. The apartment was quiet, clean and beds were very comfortable. The patio out front was a definite plus for a sunny morning coffee. The location was perfect to walk to the main sites and had many excellent restaurants and shopping near by. The staff were friendly before, and during our stay and communication was clear and helpful. Would highly recommend. "

"Laura is the lady that runs the property. She’s very helpful. Very nice. Will tell you all about the area. The property is very clean however we stayed in Suite 3 and the mattress had a 4 inch depression in it where I slept, which gave me a bit of a sore back unfortunately, you need to replace that mattress. It’s pretty obviously worn out."

"great place for a family plenty of room good home base to see rome,, the exchange of money or ability to charge to your room the store cafe or restaurant .. this is important instead of 1 charge and fee and exchange fee when you have this service allows this to occur once, instead every time i paid separately i get charged, not a wise move..."

"Everyone in the hotel staff was very nice, the breakfast was very good and the coffee was the same, to take transportation you just walk 11 minutes (via del mare) and if you want to go to the center of rome it is quite cheap. Thank you all for your attention!"
