A helpful, warm welcome on arrival set the tone for the visit, and the complimentary bottle in our room was a special touch. The rooms are clean, modern and well maintained. "The apartment is in a very quiet location, yet less that one minute walk to the main square where there are numerous bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen, super-comfortable king size bed and a great shower. The staff are very friendly and helpful - our request for extra pillows was dealt with immediately. We would highly recommend staying at this property for anyone visiting Krakow - you will not be disappointed. "

"This is a very well positioned hotel located in the old town - be aware that there is another hotel with the same name in the centre. Sat nav took us to the other hotel. 10 minute walk into the Jewish Quarter. All local sites very close by. Easy walking to local sights and a very good tram service - one you understand how the tram system works! If you are planning a trip to Auschwitz on a tour, you would be advised to book ahead. "Great hotel conveniently located in a quiet part of town. A 20 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk to the main square. The staff are welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, not too busy and all you needed to set you up for the day. No complaints about the room - not the biggest but for a long weekend break it's clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate."
