"This resort is beautiful as pictured! Let me start by saying Francesca was a 12/10! I had many questions due to the location of this hotel. There’s no easy way to get here we flew into San Jose then had to take another flight to Limón and then take a cab to the hotel! "The staff at the Serendipity are great. Angie picked us up at the port and walked us back early in the morning on departure day, Anna served breahfasts, lunches and dinners in the courtyard, and they all helped to arrange tours. We did the kayak tour with Wesley and found it very enjoyable and informative. Also did a walkabout with Jonathan, which was lots of fun. Tortuguero was a very worthwhile place to visit, we would come back and stay at the Serendipity again."
