"The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean. The room was beautiful. Only downside was we booked for a Saturday in the middle of the French Quarter. If we weren't tired, we would have had a really hard time sleeping as it was very noisy. It sounded like the music was in the room on full blast. We wanted to visit the Hard Rock which was very conveniently located next door (attached to the hotel)."

"Really pretty historic hotel. One block away from the noise which is nice. Prob a little overpriced for space (tiny rooms). And housekeeping weirdly came knocking at 9 am the day of an 11 am checkout for some reason. "

"Good hotel, I’d recommend it for a stay in New Orleans. The trolley line runs directly in front of the hotel making access to the French Quarter easy. It is also easy to connect to the trolley to the Garden District. "
