"Exceptional property. Very thoughtful attention in the rooms including chocolates on the night stand every night. the housekeeping was also exceptional. Bottles of water was replaced every night. Excellent location. The concierge was very helpful for securing a reservation. Only slight quibble is that they said they were unable to drop us to the airport on Sunday when we were leaving, but their website their was complimentary drop-off to the airport. "We had a nice one night stay here. It is located near everything. It was helpful to have read another review that said you have to take an elevator to the lobby. There is construction going on around the building and I may not have seen the entrance otherwise."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, there was a small problem with the heating system in our room and the young lady in the reception offered us an electric heater which was really helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Cleaner was also very lovely and friendly lady. The hotel is located very close to the airport which is a great advantage for those travelling with planes. "
