"Hotel was good. Staff were very friendly. I booked a standard room and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the curtains to find a view of the mosque. General ameneties were fine. Breakfast was decent. Only down side was that the hotel room is very outdated. Overall would give a 4.5/5"

"Excellent facility, close to haram, just opposite Haram's gate no. 79 (used for Tawaf). The rooms are spacious and they provided two double beds and one single bed for a family of 4 which was excellent. Lift is new and very fast. Good breakfast options. They charged extra for the kids breakfast which was not clear when I was booking at Expedia as Kids were included in the booking. So be mindful of that when booking. The taxi I arranged for pick up was not allowed in initially due to security...

"The whole experience was very good in my opinion. Everything was smooth, no headaches or going back and forth on anything. If something is missing, and I mean anything whether it is a material or a service, just ask and they will make it happen. Finally, big shout out for the cleaning member Mahmoud Ahmed this guy is very nice, helpful, and wants his guests to feel most comfortable, I truly appreciate his service."

"Good location, clean room and good size! Smells lovely throughout the hotel, super close to the masjid which is very convenient - just a lift down. The shopping centre is also attached and lovely views of the mosque from the outdoor restaurant. Staff were great and allowed us to check in a couple hours earlier! Only issue is it can be quite busy to get to the foyer via taxi! "
