"I’ve stayed here a few times, it’s good! They upgraded my room size for free which was nice but there as a dirty towel in my room. The room wasn’t super clean but it was fine. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was very good! But the service was slow. After about 12 minutes of waiting for a spoon, my ice cream was melting so I had to go find one. "

"Excellent fitness facilities (separate cardio room, weight room, indoor/outdoor large pool that is good for lap-swimming. (One suggestion would be to hold a lap lane for adults wanting to do laps as at certain periods kids take over with inflatable toys, etc.) The hotel was very clean. Front desk staff member upon arrival seemed bored and was just looking around at everyone else in the area but other than that, everything was great. I understand there are renovations going on but these did not...

"Location was good. Close to restaurants and shops. Rooms, and the hotel overall, were clean. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. Hotel has good amenities for families. Fire pits were nice to sit around as we watched the osprey and other birds in the tidal marsh. The staff was great! They made the stay enjoyable. The hotel will charge you $20 extra if your room is ready and you want to check in an early, that’s an unnecessary charge. "
