"The room was decent, the bathroom tub is super slippery. The ceiling in the bathroom was coming apart. There was no mini fridge to store food or beverages. No complementary water either. The staff if friendly and attentive. But I've stayed here many times and the hotel seems to be renovating common areas but definitely not the rooms."

"Every thing was excellent except the beach, beach front was horrible, I never saw a beach that bad before in Cancun and I have been there few times before, stuff is great I would like to said that Oscar our concierge excellent."

"Absolutely beautiful. Kind people. Food selection could have been better, 3 meals a day for all inclusive, filled my belly. Absolutely beautiful, seriously. The beach was great. Bar closes at 11pm. Took a golf cart around the island. Lots of fun."
