"It was a pleasant enough stay for the very reasonable price. The property is in the middle of changing management and was undergoing renovations during our brief stay. It is conveniently located to both Birch Run and Frankenmuth, so plus for that. Breakfast included, but the line for the single waffle maker was a bit too long. The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful! Prepare to be underwhelmed by the TV station selections though!"

"The woman that was here when we got here early went out of her way to get us checked in early. We were there from out of town for a funeral that was at 3 o’clock and check in time was at 3. She called the people that cleaned the rooms and ask them if they could get two rooms cleaned sooner. They got them done and we checked in at 1:30. We got there at 12:15. They also let us eat in their breakfast room while we waited. We stopped and brought something to eat for lunch and sat and ate. ...

"The staff was absolutely amazing. They were very carrying compassionate. They were always greeting me,and always on top of everything I needed. They went above and beyond every time and under the circumstances, I wasn’t there for vacation. I was there to take my granddaughter home from the hospital because she Has cancer and she is terminal she’s only one years old.
