"Hotel seems a little under staffed at times. Valet parking unattended once and unlocked. Had to get my own car once. Front desk at checkout was unsympathetic to my concerns about paying for valet. Overall safety seems less than usual. A lot of loitering folks, dumpster diving folks, tho nothing bad happened. It’s a busy area with shows and security seemed loose. "

"We had a 3 day stay. Every one of the staff members, right down to the maintenance man were super friendly. Very convenient location as KC is so spread out. We ubered every where except to breakfast one day, so cannot attest to the parking. Pros: Affordable, friendly staff, clean, comfortable beds, nice convenience store, liked it had a fridge and safe in the room. Liked the big shower, albeit a small bathroom.
